This first due pumper is traditionally housed at the Solomons main station on H.G. Trueman Rd.  Primarly utilized in our first due in hydrant areas Engine 31 has been a first due pumper for many years.  Engine 31 is classified as a class "A" attack pumper whose primary function is to be utilized for offensive and defensive operations on the fireground.   Engine 31 was placed in service on September 18th, 2014 replacing a 1990 E-One Cyclone which served for many years as Solomons front line pumper.
