At approximately 1553 hrs the Solomons Volunteers and neighboring departments were alerted to an MVA reported serious involving a motorcycle. Promptly Rescue 3 and Ambulance 38 responded. Upon arrival on location volunteers found a pickup truck which had a head on collision with a motorcycle. While the volunteers of Rescue 3 quickly stabilized the situation the members on Ambulance 38 quickly packaged up the patients to be flown to local trauma centers. All units cleared approximately 30 mins.
