Lexington Park Trailer Fire

At approximately 0359 hrs Truck company 3 was alerted to a mutual aide call to Saint Marys County for a report working trailer fire. Bay District Engine 32 reported a working single wide trailer fire. Truck 3 responded with several volunteers that assisted with the overall overhaul of the fire. Solomons Locust Inn Fire

At approximately 1115 hrs the Solmons Volunteers and surrounding countries were alerted to a commercial building fire on Solomons Island. Promptly the Solomons volunteer responded. Upon arrival on location Chief 3 confirmed a working commercial building fire and activated the second alarm bringing additional units from Saint Marys, Charles, and Calvert. Fuel Dock Fire

At approximately 1923 hrs local volunteers were alerted to a boat fire at a fuel dock on Solomons Island. Upon arrival crews found a boat fully engulfed in flames that had been hooked by a private vessel and was being towed to a safe area. A39 appears at First Responder Day

Today the Solomons Volunteers took Ambulance 39 over to the Patuxent River Naval Museum for First Responder Day. Along with many other local departments Ambulance 39 was on display to the community there at the museum. We pride ourselves on the mural on the side of the unit depicting Cedar Point Lighthouse in it prime days and were able to park it next to the Cupola that is on display. The members ... MVA with Motorcycle

At approximately 1553 hrs the Solomons Volunteers and neighboring departments were alerted to an MVA reported serious involving a motorcycle. Promptly Rescue 3 and Ambulance 38 responded. Upon arrival on location volunteers found a pickup truck which had a head on collision with a motorcycle.
