Working House Fire in 706 Box

On January 22, 2019 at approximately 1411 hours Company 3 members were alerted for a house fire in St. Leonard. Both Engine 31 and Truck 3 responded quickly up the road to 6015 Bandit Al Lane. First arriving units found fire on the back deck and second floor of the residence. Engine 31 assisted with water supply and the personnel helped with over haul, hitting hot spots and throwing ground ladders.

No Caption Dominion Assist with CPR Trailer Funding through Grant

SOLOMONS, Md.—The Solomons Volunteer Rescue and Fire Department has received a US$20,000 community outreach grant from Dominion Charitable foundation.

Dominion representatives presented the award to Chief Ford and President Pardoe during the monthly Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday. The award will be used to fund our community CPR trailer in which the Solomons Volunteers mission will be to go ... (Full Story & Photos)

Drill Night: Truck Training
